Subs Factory is edited by a
company named
Phylica. The
latter hence takes responsibility to protect its users and
customers privacy.
The data that Phylica can collect
from Subs Factory users and
customers are:

(1) Statistics (number, geographical repartition,...) about
application downloads on Apple app stores.

(2) Statistics (platform,crashes,...) about application
usage.

(3) Statistics (number, geographical repartition,...) about
the company and the application websites attendance.

(4) Details communicated by the users themselves when they
contact the company about the application (email,
feedback,...).

(5) Data required by the translation function (subtitles
text, languages, purchasing identifier, character balance)
and the transcription function (audio track, languages,
purchasing identifier, seconds balance), only when these
functions are used.
- (6) Data related to in-app purchases made by the user.
Phylica takes the following
engagements:

These data, except (4), are completely anonymized and
aggregated.

These data are sufficiently protected, in particular during
their transfer or storage.

Phylica will only use data
collected to provide expected service and application
improvement.

Phylica will not use these data,
particularly (4), for advertising.

None of these data will ever be communicated to third
parties, except:

If the user they relate to has given its enlightened
consent. This consent is never given by default.

In the case these data are collected and/or hosted
by a third party:

for (1), the company distributing the
application: Apple (read their privacy policy)

for (2), the company providing the Sentry
monitoring system, used to gather usage and
debug data : Functional Software, Inc (read their privacy policy)

in-app purchase management service:
In those cases, the concerned third party collects
and/or can access the data, but must not use them
for anything else than providing the expected
service.
